soft linen personal touches small room bad mattress
The staff greeted me professionally and smartly when I checked in early. The Chelsea King room included many personal touches. I appreciated the soft high-end bed linen. The room also had a big bath and lots of high end bath stuff.
The room was very small and overlooked the roof terrace.

the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. the restaurant offered a lovely ambiance and tasty food. my room was clean and had all necessary amenities. the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation.
the room size felt small which limited movement and storage space.

convenient location early room quality bedding small room staff noise room fridge
The location was really convenient. I found the room ready for me earlier than the scheduled check in time. The quality of both the bedding and the bathroom products stood out to me.
My room was quite small. It overlooked the roof terrace and the noise from staff cleaning up after closing lasted for a long time. There also wasn't a fridge in the room and minimal information was provided aside from a room service menu.
